UK Trailer Registration Plate for Towing Abroad

Order a correctly formatted white reflective plate displaying the unique trailer registration number issued by DVLA. This is a dedicated trailer registration plate for eligible trailers travelling internationally — not a duplicate of the number plate fitted to the towing vehicle.

Choose Your Plate Type

Select Acrylic Plate for a conventional rigid fit, or Reflective Sticker Plate for a suitable clean, smooth, flat and vertical mounting surface. If you are unsure whether an adhesive format is suitable for your trailer or travel route, choose acrylic.

What to Enter

Enter the trailer’s DVLA-issued registration number: one letter followed by seven numbers. The finished plate is produced over two lines, for example A123 above 4567. A DVLA trailer registration will not begin with the letter C.

Documents Required

Upload the eV948/2 authorisation or Trailer Registration Certificate, together with an accepted identity and address document, while ordering. Alternatively, choose to email the documents after checkout. We will send a follow-up email if they have not been received, and production begins once the documentation has been checked.

Please note: One plate is supplied for each unit ordered. Select quantity 2 if your fitting position requires a plate on both sides of the trailer.
